Dream Psychology

I had a dream last night that I was trying to hide from people and I was shoving my body into this tube.  It was so hard to try to get myself through this tube and I was afraid.

I don’t know why I was afraid.  And my body was not fitting through the tube.

When I woke up, my body was in the fetal position and my legs were so tightly curled that I could hardly uncurl them.

Obviously, dreams must affect you while you’re sleeping.

I’ve often wanted to have a sleep test done so that they can determine what activity is going on in my brain that affects my body so much.

I’ve been reading the book called Dream Psychology to see if it can shed any light on my dreams.  Haven’t made it to the “good” part that tells me anything worthwhile but I’m sure it’s coming.

Well, hopefully
