Time to try something Korean that’s also paleo — okay?
This Korean Chicken Salad was quite interesting in that I’ve never had the combination of chicken and cucumbers before. Have any of you tried those two together?
I had the salad by itself for lunch. It tasted a tad bland to me and the cucumbers were kind’ve slimy tasting in my mouth. Perhaps we needed the optional Korean red ginseng powder to give it more of a boost? I’m not sure on that as I’ve never tried it before. Anyone?
So, it was “okay” but not one of my favorite chicken salads.
